Bettyann (Abbott) Rockenstire

Bettyann Rockenstire , age 58 of Troy NY ,passed away peacefully
on June 18,2026 surrounded by her loving family.
Bettyann enjoyed bingo and she loved her dogs Sandy and Mr. Kisses. She
enjoyed being at family gatherings and spending time with her grandchildren, nieces, nephews and great nieces.
She was born and raised in Troy. Daughter of the late Rosalyn and Thomas Abbott
Sister of the late Donna Abbott, Tara Abbott-Showen and Robert Campney .
Bettyann is survived by her husband, Rick Rockenstire, her children ,Jerilynn
Maynard and Daniel Thompson , sisters Angel Abbott, Rosalyn Abbott and Trisha
Abbott and brother Thomas Abbott ( Kim Abbott ). Grandchildren, Kyleigh,
Daniell, Rose and Daniel along with many nieces ,nephews and great nieces.
A gathering of Bettyann’s family and friends will take place on her birthday
Wednesday July 1, 2026 from 5-7 PM at The Wm. Leahy Funeral home 336 Third St. Troy, NY
