Brenda Ann (Bombardier) Zelenke

Brenda Ann Zelenke, 81, of North Greenbush, entered into eternal life on Friday October 11, 2024 at St. Peter's Hospital surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Plattsburgh, NY she was the daughter of the late William and Arlene Guay Bombardier.

Brenda was an avid horseback rider, she enjoyed knitting, going to bingo and most of all spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her children; Joseph P. Zelenke III, Kirk (Patty) Zelenke and Renee T. Zelenke, Grandchildren; Sean, Keating, Daniel Zelenke and Spencer Zelenke Sharpe. Siblings; Debbie (John) Hickey and William Bombardier. Brenda was predeceased by her brother Gaylord Bombardier, nephew Kristopher Hickey and her long time companion John Corelli. She is also survived by a niece Sandy (Eric) Messineo, nephew Nick Bombardier and many friends.

Family and friends are invited to a memorial gathering on Friday from 3 – 6 pm at the Wm. Leahy Funeral Home, Troy. Prayer services will be held at 5:30 pm with Deacon Bob Sweeney officiating.
