Charles Spotten Obituary

Charles Thomas Spotten of Troy, NY, passed away suddenly on May 25,
2025. He was  an honored veteran who served in the Air Force and the
Army National Guard. Charles later retired after a 30-year career as
an engineer with CSX Railroad.
He is survived by his wife, Amy J. Spotten, and their two sons, Justin
T. Spotten and Tyler X. Spotten. He also leaves behind his sister,
Frances Spotten. Charles was preceded in death by his mother, Helen
(Beaugard) Spotten; his father, Francis Spotten; and his brother,
Francis Jr. Spotten.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during calling
hours on Monday, June 2nd, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at William Leahy
Funeral Home. A service will follow at 1:30 PM at Saratoga National
Cemetery.

In remembrance of Charles Thomas Spotten's life, the family asks that
any charitable donations be made to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society.'
