Dale Henry Goldston, 69, of Troy, entered into eternal life on Thursday August 21, 2025 in the comfort of his home surrounded by his loving family, with a special thanks to his brother in-law Scott Radliff, and goddaughter Lisa Symington. Dale was born in Troy, North Carolina, and moved to Troy, New York, with his Great-Aunt Mary, and lived with Ernest Goldston and his family.

Dale was a graduate of LaSalle Institute, and attended JCA and graduated from Hudson Valley Community College. He retired as a supervisor from Rensselaer County Department of Social Services, where he was well known, and well liked.

In August of 1973, he became a member of the Muchachos Drum & Bugle Corps., where he met his wife, the love of his life, as well as many life long friends, who were known as “The Group”.

He enjoyed shopping, watching his favorite NFL team: the New Orleans Saints, betting horses at OTB, and fishing. He loved sports cars, buying a new one every other year. Dale also had a passion for music, being a DJ for many years.

Dale is survived by his loving wife Karen Anne (Radliff) Goldston, who were married for 42 years, but were together for 52 years. He leaves behind his sisters, Sara and Mary, his son Dale (Emily) Keenan, and his special granddaughter, Quinn. He also leaves behind his in-laws, Mary (Jason) Radliff, Eileen (Ron) Rosencrans, Colleen (Rick) Goyer, Scott (Debbie) Radliff, Dottie (Leo) Radliff, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mother, Mary Helen Goldston, his brothers, Ray Charles and Kenny, as well as Charles and Anne Radliff, and his brother in-law Charles Radliff.
