Edward L. Smith

Edward L. Smith 68 of Troy passed into eternal rest on Sunday August 14, 2022.Ed was born in Albany and was the son of the late Lee and Barbara Waters Smith. Ed served our country in The United States Marines and  retired from the Cookie Factory .

He is survived  by his 5 children Ann M. Fogarty ( John ) ,Maria A. smith ( Danny ) ,Edward C. Smith ( Brenda ) ,Jennifer M. Smith and Michael L. Smith ( Samantha ).also survived by 14 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday morning at 11:30 Am at The Wm. Leahy Funeral Home 336 Third St. Troy .calling hours will be Thursday from 10 AM until 11:30 AM.

Interment will follow at Gerald BH Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery  at 1:30PM Duell Road Schuylerville
