Florence L. Williams

Florence L. Williams 80 of Troy passed into eternal rest on July 30,2024 at The Troy Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing surrounded by her loving family. Florence was born in Troy and was the daughter of the late Edward W. and Angela C. Fera Williams. Florence had been employed for many years as a seamstress and had worked at Wultex, Standard and Air Mark. She liked to dance but mostly loved spending time with her family and close friends. She is survived by her brother William (Sharon Selph ) ,her sister Judith ( Thomas ) Wallace and was pre-deceased by her sister Margaret A. Ricci .She is also survived by her brother- in law Patrick Ricci ,six nieces and nephews , along with many great- nieces and great- nephews. 

The family would like to thank the Troy Health Center staff , Jillian Kearny (oncologist) ,and her staff members for their TLC.

The funeral service for Florence  will be held on Monday at 11 AM at The Bocketti Funeral Home 336 Third St. Troy with Deacon Charles Wojton officiating .Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may call at the funeral home Monday from 9AM until 11 AM Interment St. Mary's Cemetery
