Geraldine (Pitanillo) Montello

Geraldine A. Montello  79 of Troy passed into eternal rest on May 18,2024 at Samaritan Hospital in Troy surrounded by her loving family. Born in Troy Geraldine was the daughter of the  late Jerry and Mary Teta Pitanillo and wife of the late Joseph Montello. She was a kind and good hearted person. She loved to laugh and make others laugh .Geraldine was one of the best cooks using all of the old recipes. She was always the life of the party . She will be dearly missed by her son Jerry Montello of Troy , her brother Jerry Pitanillo and his wife Cate and several nieces ,nephews and cousins. Geraldine was the sister of the late Kate Keuntzel and sister- in law to the late Kenneth Kuentzel. She also leaves behind her precious cat Lily.

  A memorial mass for Geraldine will be celebrated at a later date.
