Jeffrey Elmo Oathout

Jeffrey Elmo Oathout ,55 of Troy ,NY passed away on December 18 th
peacefully at his home. Son of the late Gerald E. and Nuralon ( Lonnie )
Oathout.
Jeff was born and raised in Troy and went to Troy Schools .He worked
most of his life as a cook at several restaurants. He loved his family and
stepfamily very much along with rooting for his NY Giants .
He is survived by his son Andrew J. Oathout ,siblings Jill ( Robert )
Wade and John ( Paula) Oathout and a niece and several nephews. He
was predeceased by his partner in crime Renee Pier and will be missed
by his step children Chris De & Jimmy ( Carla ) Valenti ,grandkids Jada,
Matthew ,Kadi ,James Alani &Valencia
A memorial service for Elmo will be held on Monday at 12 noon at The
Wm. Leahy Funeral Home 336 Third Street Troy with Deacon Charles
Wojton officiating. Relatives and friends are invited to attend and may
call at the funeral home Monday from 10 AM until 12 PM
