Joan A. (Doyle) Potenza

Joan A. Potenza, 91, of Troy, entered into eternal life on Tuesday February 12, 2025.

Born in Troy she was the daughter of the late Charles and Sarah Walker Doyle and wife of the late Frank Potenza.

Joan enjoyed spending time with her family, taking her grandchildren to breakfast or lunch was a special time for her as well as making her deliveries of bagels and pastries to her children.

She is survived by her children; Lynn (Late Joe) Strain, Nick Dremuck, Donna (Robert) Adams, grandchildren; Jay Strain Jr., Christopher (Candi) Strain, Michael (Lisa) Strain, Amy (James) Lacey, Nick Dremuck, Eric (Erin) Adams, Jeffrey (Heather) Adams, Michael, Tracy Adams, Jason (Jennifer) Socola and Jarod (Jennifer) Socola, Great Grandchildren; Aiden, Jacek, Ava, Mason, Caia, Quintin, Arthur, Alex, Jake, Margaret, Vinny, Anthony, Dominic, Taylor, Easton, Tyler and Catherine.

Family and friends are invited and may call on Monday at the Wm. Leahy Funeral Home, Troy from 10 am – 12 noon. Funeral services will follow with Deacon Charles Wojton officiating. Interment  St. Mary's Cemetery, Troy.
