It is with profound sadness that we must announce the passing of our beloved husband, brother, uncle and friend. On January 7th in the early morning, Joseph F. Marcus 71 of Troy has passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by the love of his family. After bravely facing numerous health challenges, including cancer and heart failure, he has found rest. Joe was many things in life: a brother, uncle, son, best friend, Marine, and above all, the rock of his family. He lived up to every title with honor and devotion.
Joe was a man of great character who cherished his family and dedicated his life to them.
