After a long life Josephine (Kusky) Kline passed away Oct 30, 2024 of natural causes at the age of 93. Born in Troy, Josephine was the daughter of the late Stephen and Sophie Usowski Kusky and wife of the late Harold E. Kline, Jr.

Josephine was employed by and retired from HVCC in Troy as an Account Clerk in the Bursar's office and in the finance department for the physical plant. She was an avid crafter of wreaths of all kinds, enjoyed watching figure skating, and going to bingo and flea markets; but the most important part of Josephine’s life was spending time with her family.

Josephine is survived by her 4 children: Sandra (Carl) Rossetti, Gary (Kathleen) Kline, David Kline and Stephen (Lori) Kline; 10 grandchildren: David Kline Jr., Lauren (Kline) Kellogg, Jared Kline, Stephen Kline II, Kaitlyn (Kline) Nicholson, Mark Rossetti, Paige (Rossetti) Slocum, Megan (Rossetti) Nocjar, Adam Rossetti and Jason Rossetti. She is also survived by her 7 great grandchildren: Ivy Nicholson, Charlee Ann Nicholson, Malcom Kellogg, Jake Slocum, Aidan Slocum, Kai Rossetti and Alyssa Rossetti. Josephine was predeceased by her siblings: Frances Leggett, Eleanor Trainor, Theresa Kusky, Genevieve Ryan, Thomas Kusky, Edmund (Bud) Kusky, Stephen Kusky Jr. and her twin, Joan O’Neil. She is also survived by countless nieces, nephews and cousins.

The funeral service for Josephine will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Wm. Leahy Funeral Home 336 Third St., Troy, NY, with Deacon Charles Wojton officiating. Relatives and friends are invited to attend and may call at the funeral home Tuesday from 10:30 AM until 12:30 PM. Interment will be at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Troy, NY.
