Laurie Anderson

Laurie Anderson, 46, of Green Island, entered into eternal life on Saturday January 21, 2023 at Samaritan Hospital surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Troy she is the daughter of Roy and Luanne Stehle Anderson and sister of Jennifer Anderson, she is also survived by her niece Ava Rocco and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Laurie was pre deceased by her grandparents; Louis and Ellen Stehle, Albert and Marion Anderson and her uncle Albert Anderson.

Laurie was a graduate of Waterford Halfmoon High School “Class of 1994” she continued her education at Kent State and Maria College in Albany. She enjoyed all types of music and singing songs from the past. She also had a caring heart for animals and will be missed by all including her canine companions.

Family and friends are invited to join together on Saturday February 11, in St. Joseph's Church, 416 3rd St. Troy from 9 am – 10 am with a funeral mass to follow at 10 am with Fr. Joseph Ngo officiating.
