Lawrence J. Kennedy

Lawrence J. Kennedy, 59, of South Troy, entered into eternal life on Wednesday December 25, 2024 at Ellis Hospital.

Born in Troy he is the son of Kathleen Burke Kennedy and the late Lawrence P. Kennedy.

Larry was a member of the Local 190 he enjoyed playing Chess, Basketball with his nephews and an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan. Larry also enjoyed attending daily Mass at St. Joseph's Church, Troy.

Survivors in addition to his mother, include his son Lawrence P. Kennedy, brother; Joseph (Laurie) Kennedy, aunt and uncle; Barbara and Gordon Risk, nephews Joseph C. and Michael P. Kennedy, and his best friend Joanne Donnelly.

Funeral services will be held on Monday at 10:30 am in St. Joseph's Church Troy with Father Joseph Ngo officiating, Interment will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Family and friends are invited and may call at the Wm. Leahy Funeral Home, Troy on Monday morning from 8:30 am – 10 am.
