Margaret Peggy (Finn) Gulliver

Margaret “Peggy” Gulliver, 85, of Troy entered into eternal life on Tuesday June 17, 2025 in the comfort of her home.

Born in Troy she was the daughter of the late Patrick and Margaret Palitsch Finn, and the beloved wife of the late William B. Gulliver.

Peggy was a graduate of Catholic Central High School class of 1958 and Mildred Elley in Albany.

She had retired from NYS Dept. of Motor Vehicles after many years of service.

Peggy was a member of CCE and was a Master Gardener Emeritus, she was the past president of the L.A.O.H. Div. 5 in Troy and dedicated much of her life volunteering at St. Joseph's Church in Troy.

Family and friends are invited and may call on Saturday from 9 – 10 am at St. Joseph's Church 416 3rd St. Troy. Funeral services will be held at 10 am with Father Joseph Ngo officiating, Interment will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
