Margaret "Peggy" M. (Kitrick) Kane

Margaret (Peggy) Kitrick-Kane, 84, formerly of Troy, entered into eternal life on Saturday, March 2, 2024 in Wilmington, N.C.

Born in Troy, she was the daughter of the late Edward Kitrick and Mary Morrisey.

Graduated from Hudson Valley Community College with an associate's degree.

Peggy enjoyed family camping, antiquing, cooking and crossword puzzles.

She is survived by her children; Lynn Kane, Charlene Kane (Brian), Kevin (Nancy) Kane, Brick Kane (Chad), Patrick (Carrie) Kane, Daniel Kane and Will Kane. Her siblings; Pam (Jim) Wilson, Kathy (Peter) Calendar and Bill (Kathleen) Kitrick, and predeceased by Terry Kitrick and Edward Kitrick.

She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Family and friends are invited and may call on Friday from 4 – 7 pm at the Wm. Leahy Funeral Home, Troy. Funeral procession will begin at 10:00 am on Saturday from the funeral home going to St. Peter's Cemetery in Troy where Peggy will be laid to rest.
