Nancy (Esposito) Russomanno

Nancy Esposito Russomanno 80 ,of Troy passed into eternal rest on Sunday
morning at her residence. Nancy was born in Troy and was the daughter of the
late Michael and Antoinette Terribile Esposito and loving wife of the late Bruno
Russomanno who passed away in 1997.Nancy had been employed by the New
York State Workers Compensation Board as a supervisor . She was a
communicant of the former St. Mary’s Church in Troy and helped with the soup
kitchen until the church closed and more recently at St. Anthony of Padua Church
in Troy.
Nancy is survived by her loving and devoted daughter Gina ( Joseph ) Gorman of
Troy ,her sister Carmella Casale of Troy and was pre-deceased by her brother
Michael A. Esposito who passed away in 2021. She is also survived by her sisters-
in-law Maria Sestito and Antoinette ( Sal ) LoPorto and was pre-deceased by
Brothers-in-law Nick Casale, Joseph Sestito, Nick Russomanno and sister- in law
Elizabeth Cutulle. Nancy is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great
nieces and nephews.
The funeral service for Nancy will be held on Thursday morning at 8:30 am at The
Bocketti Funeral home 336 Third St. Troy and at 9:30 am at St. Anthony of Padua
Church State Street in Troy where a mass of Christian burial will be celebrated.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend and may call at the funeral home
Wednesday from 4-7 PM. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery in Troy.
