It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our brother Peter on Monday September 1, 2025.
He was the cherished youngest child of John and Margaret Maloney Nazarian.
Despite being born with Downs Syndrome he embraced each day with the happiness and kindness
that touched all that knew him. Though his journey was not without difficulties it was a life deeply connected to his family and his ARC community.
Peter attended the Altamond and ARC's Pinewoods Center, he was the first integrated student to walk the stage when he graduated from Troy High School. After graduation Peter attended the ARC's day hab program and worked at Riverside thru ARC.
He retired March 31, 2023 but his true career was bringing joy to others.
Peter loved classic Rock, in particular Pink Floyd and TSO, he could often be found playing his famous air guitar. Always the first one on the dance floor his enthusiasm for life was infectious.

Peter led a very full life between his family and the ARC community, he was a friend to all a true source of light his life was joy filled and a gift, and his memory will be carried in the hearts of all who were lucky enough to know him.
