Richard devoted his life to others. He cared for his parents and his children with love, strength,
dedication, and compassion. He lived his life for the happiness of his parents, his children, and
his grandchildren. He enjoyed gardening, his pets, Napoletano home cooked food, camping,
fishing, carpentry, and was an incredible artist who shared his gifts and talents with those around
him. In the last decade Richard enjoyed traveling around the world with his children and
grandchildren, leaving his mark and making friends wherever he went. His most precious
moments were the times spent with his grandchildren. He made the brave move after living in
Troy his whole life to relocate to Westchester to be with his grandkids. He touched the lives of
everyone he met and meant so much to so many people even outside his family. He was adored
by his loved ones for his kindness, his wit, his wisdom, and most of all his unconditional and
self-less love. He became Pop Pop to so many who needed a father figure or grandfatherly love.
He will always be remembered, cherished, missed, and so loved.
