Bob was a graduate of Catholic Central High School in 1970 where he played football.
In 1979 he opened Scubber’s with his wife Bernice on River St. in Troy. He also worked

Even during times when he was hospitalized, he made sure the game was on. He
enjoyed spending time at his home in the Adirondacks, hiking and skiing with his family.
