Susan M. (Waters) Dinardo

Susan M. Dinardo, 67, of Troy, entered into eternal life on Friday August 23, 2024 surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Troy, and a lifelong resident, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Constance Meisner Waters and the beloved wife of 49 years to Michael J. Dinardo.

Sue cherished spending time with family and friends, especially her grandchildren, whom she adored. Sue enjoyed spending time in Florida over the years, attending delightful dinner parties, and bringing the family together. Most notably, Sue took immense pride in attending all of her grandchildren’s sports and special events and celebrating them.

In addition to her loving husband Mike, she is survived by her devoted children; Stacy (TJ) Connell, Michael (Sabina) Dinardo, Jason (Laura) Dinardo and Jennifer Dinardo. She is the proud Nana of Jason, Caitlyn, Mackenzie, Alexa, Michael, Dominic and Juliana. Sue was predeceased by her two sisters Sharon and Arline Waters. She is also survived by her siblings; Stephen (Carol) Waters, Patricia Waters, Gale Waters, Joseph (Jodi) Waters and Lauretta (Victor) Bartkowski as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral procession will begin at 9:00 am on Wednesday from the Wm. Leahy Funeral Home, Troy to St. Joseph's Church where at 9:30 am her funeral mass will be celebrated. Interment will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Troy. Family and friends are invited and may call on Tuesday from 4 – 7 pm at the funeral home.
